I am honored to serve as Supervisor of this great Town. Our geography and citizens are unique, as are the challenges we face as residents. Riverhead is the seat of Suffolk County, New York. It has been the gateway to the East End of Long Island and a crossroads and trade center for the island since the town's founding in 1792.
Its great variety of natural resources and attractions has made Riverhead a year-round destination, a place rich in historical sites, beaches, farms, and vineyards, where our environment is our economy.
It is critical that we manage our growth properly so that we can maintain our prosperity while continuing to protect and enjoy our environment. A balance must be achieved between economic growth and preservation.
This administration will always “Put Riverhead First” and strive to do what’s best for its residents.
